Headline on NPR: "A new poll of young voters shows Harris with a commanding 31 point lead over Trump"

While I am near certain that Kamala Harris will win the popular vote, as did Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden our President must win the majority of electoral college votes. Thus the race will be uncertain until all the votes are counted, certified and next President assumes command on inauguration day. As I told my co-workers during the 2016 election I viewed Trump as one of the immoral men I had ever seen seek the Presidency. His lead off lies about Mexicans and immigration was beyond the pale[1]. But... that's me... There are many people loyal to the GOP, life long Republicans, and newer GOP voters too. Many it seems believe the nonsense Trump says. Some just nonsense but some dangerous rhetoric that has resulted in the death of one of his supporters on January 6th.

So... I remain concerned, but, kids these days! More often than not, they're great! They give me hope! As much as I may have shared some wisdom with my four daughters they have returned the favor. Often ahead of me on social issues. I do hope the youth of our nation eligible to vote do so. It is their future.

Cheers, -Randy
[1]I lived in Arizona and saw first hand Mexican immigrants where construction, landscaping and other in-the-hot-sun labor was being done by them. I witnessed the goings of Sherriff Joe Arpaio. Even conservatives eventually tired of him and his lime-light seeking ways!
